If a GE was held now, the Conservative Party would be wiped out in Buckinghamshire.
Prompting the biggest political shake up of the county in a generation. This county has always been known as a Conservative stronghold. Not looking good for the cons where Aylesbury have elected a Con to parliament at every GE since 1924.
Voters of Bucks are waking up to the smell of Coffee at last.

Things can change in s heartbeat Gulliver and last time I looked, there’s no GE on the horizon, is there ?
Give us a break from this incessant anti-Tory guff - there's a football match on at the moment, or hadn't you noticed?
Question Author
Ayelbury MP Rob Butler has been quite invisible in his constituency lately. Maybe he is at the job centre.
Question Author
Local newspapers have reached out to various Con MPs for comments but have received no response. Not surprised.
.....The poll says it all....

12.04 Well you are obviously not watching football, or you wouldn't have answered my post.....LOL...
Isn't it somewhere near 2 years until the GE?
The Tories have until then to try and show themselves in a more favourable light.
"Local newspapers have reached out to various Con MPs for comments but have received no response. Not surprised."

you mean like on here when you get asked question and go into hiding...
"12.04 Well you are obviously not watching football, or you wouldn't have answered my post.....LOL..."

same as when you claim to be on the beach or wherever it is you lie about, and drinking pina coladas at 8 in the morning when you're obviously not....LOL.....do you see how this works ?...nah didnt think so
//Local newspapers have reached out to various Con MPs for comments but have received no response. Not surprised.//

Probably because they're either on holiday or cannot be bothered with local rags. Or perhaps they're watching the football.
..in Wetherspoons.
I predict another general election within the next 18 months

Am I right ?
I'm Not Wrong !
the “stop HS2” groups in Buckinghamshire are deluded if they think a change of government colour will result in HS2 being cancelled. it won’t - at least not in their county.
It really doesn’t matter. They are quite the same as each other.
Self serving trough gobblers.

Ryzen 13.31 Wetherspoons you must be joking, would never go into the place even if I lived in the UK.
Gulliver - Do you have any other interests in life, apart from obsessing over the Conservatives all day every day?
Should there be a GE, Labour must elect a new leader .
I agree, Anne, but who? There is literally nobody.
I know Jim :-( . Sad days .

Exactly the same can be said of the Conservatives. The current bunch of senior politicians (of all parties) are the most uninspiring of my lifetime. In most Parliaments, there is usually a handful of politicians who take the electorate’s interest. You may not agree with them or their policies, but at least they have a bit of fire, a dash of flair, and some ideas.

This lot have nothing: no ideas, no leadership, no charisma, nothing. The current Prime Minister would be better suited as a carpet salesman; his shiny suits with drainpipe trousers will stand him in good stead as he tries to sell his latest customer the finest quality underlay with the 20 sq. yards of finest Taiwanese Axminster he has managed to con them into buying. The leader of His Majesty’s Opposition should have remained as some sort of jobbing lawyer, tearfully pleading with Their Worships in the local Magistrates’ Court to give his client – some illiterate scruffy scrote - just one more chance to mend his ways:

"He had such a difficult childhood, Your Worships." he would say about his 23 year old unemployed client - before the Bench for the 28th time in five years. "He simply never stood a chance"

These, of course, are the best the country’s political system can come up with – the crème de la crème, the bees’ knees, the top dogs. Are any of them capable of leading the United Kingdom to a better future, to health, wealth and prosperity? In a word – no.
Step forward Kemi Badenoch
