MOOREA7, I think you are confusing sleep apnoea with narcolepsy.
From thecNHS,
"Sleep apnoea is when your breathing stops and starts while you sleep. The most common type is called obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). Sleep apnoea needs to be treated because it can lead to more serious problems."
I am not required to notify the DVLA because OSA does not affect my ability to drive safely, unlike Narcolepsy, which is an entirely different condition.
14.22 TheCorbyLoon: Not only during sleep:
During the day it causes one to feel very tired
People find it hard to concentrate
People have mood swings
People can have a headache when they wake up
A friend's relative was killed in a road accident because the driver of the other vehicle suffered from sleep apnoea and fell asleep at the wheel during daytime.
There's always a few who know better on this site so be it!
I don't appreciate your snide little remarks - maybe you dish the cheek out to other posters (and I've read the way you talk down to people who are not in your Crony Club) but, as a Moderator, one would expect more from you!
