I do think it disturbing that the Scottish NHS would do this procedure if she was going to start the process to become a trans man but not for her medical condition. I believe that is wrong.

This is a genuine story about a woman not being able to have her eggs harvested because MRKH is not included in NHS Scotland's criteria for fertility preservation.
Why have you decided to take the situation and weld a made up scenario which has never happened on to it?

If an individual has no external sexual organs but has ovaries and thus eggs, it sounds to me like a medical check would show XX chromosomes.
It isn't unreasonable that it be treated much like other reproductive issues. Although the NHS should be primarily about healing the sick, with specialised cases made for most other things.
