It was a viral video of this incident which caused the recent removal of an earlier post.

This should be OK (fingers crossed) as there is no video.

I'm sure that it's far from unusual activity.

In the four years that I ran a railway station, for example, I lost count of the number of times I had to politely request that copulating couples should leave cubicles in the ladies' toilets. (It was, for some reason, always the men who'd join their partners in the Ladies, rather than the women who'd join their men in the Gents).

The matter was always dealt with by nothing other than a few big grins all round ;-)
They were arrested ?
anne, the report states: It is unclear if any arrests took place in Ibiza.

This amused me, also from the report
"It is illegal to intentionally engage in sexual activities in a public lavatory, under Section 71 of the Sexual Offences Act."
In what way could I unintentionally engage in a sexual act? It's good to know I won't be breaking the law if it ever happens to me
"In what way could I unintentionally engage in a sexual act?"

If tales from A&E are to be believed it's quite common, usually involving sitting on everyday objects, unintentionally or by accident.

One should bear in mind that a sexual act need not involve coitus.

You might slip up.
Have a lightbulb moment.
rumour used to be that if you tried it on a Virgin Airlines plane the cabin staff would all applaud you when you emerged. I can't confirm this, however.
