I've watched the youtube video about this incident a couple of times.  The officers were lucky that the lady didn't die.  Total incompetence with a large dash of stupidity.

but skuthi- I ramble again....I helped the police with their inquiries ( number plate etc) and that made me never wish to speak to them again
