This poor little lad was teased because of injuries sustained after being attacked by a dog.

In my schooldays he would have be seen as something of a hero.

god the dog managed to fracture a skull bone !

I wdnt like dog-spit near my brain ! Being teased is a minor problem. I think in bullying, the bully is gonna always be a bully and the selected victim gets bullied no matter what

I think he would have been teased in your day even worse canary. Some rose tinted specs at work there.

That's the sad thing, is that things don't change that much.

Nothing new kids have always been cruel.

He's 4. Probably only been at school for a few weeks. Not a schools problem

A victim statement? Was the dog in court to hear it? Yer know, the Dog In The Dock?

Rather than bullying, four year olds are often just blunt.  They've yet to learn social etiquette.

10C, don't be facetious, you know fine well it is the owner that is being prosecuted, not the dog.

Lighten up Barry! 😊

Sorry, but I don't see anything to laugh at here

Anyway (this is right off topic), victim statements are just an American import full of emotional mush and serve no purpose whatsoever.

I accept your apology! 😊

I can remember some very cruel nicknames some of my classmates had.  I was called Streaky.  I think a classmate must have heard his parents call me a long streak of ....  (I was always much taller than everyone else of my age)

the Dog In The Dock? - -  dogging the doc? - you need the local hospital for that dont you ! - - ter-daaah!

come on Naomi, you're not talking about the mods here - ter daah!

and you never said that about ME when you were in your er "squawking phase" - I notice you are quieter, is this socialisation I ask myself? er seriously.

I got it on the train the other night. Guard of course not interested and did NOT have her camera on ( ever) It is to protect the guard, she later explained. The guards do everything except guard, I unkindly answered.

I later asked someone if I looked 'different' and they said - Yes you look as though you are gonna die.

I am back at the Christie this week
