"Says Britains Top Pollster . Sunak faces a potential wake at the Tory Conference ,with his party heading "Unwaveringly" for a landslide defeat .Writing in the Independant Prof John Curtice says the Cons initial popularity has largely disappeared, and will struggle to win support of voters who backed them in 2019.

Voters are angry at the state of the NHS. (Not the envy of the world as some on here think)They are angry at the economy and immigration.

Yeah, well we all have experienced pollster's predictions before.  They'd likely fail to predict the winner in a one horse race.

TTT

That's a long article to say what everyone already thinks - that there will be a hung parliament.

My BIL Works for Pickfords and tell me Sunak has put them on standby for early next year before the GE.  Are these load of muppets heading for PM Number four before the GE.

Indeed gromit, I thought those that seem to think there will be a huge labour majority, the OP for example, may well benefit from the view of those with some idea.

I like this one. A Tory Mp heading for the Con Conference was heard to say "The Tory Party are now on par with Gerald Ratner , who said his products were crap and then wondered why nobody bought them any more.haha.

My Tory activist mate says they have been put on stand by for a spring election.

He linked it to the illegal immigration figure will be down (because of winter seas) and they can pretend they are winning that battle.

The next GE election is going to be interesting because I suspect I'm not alone in feeling disenfranchised.

I've only ever voted Tory because I believe in small 'g' government, low taxes, small regulation etc...in other words proper Tory values, and to me the current Tory Government are not proper Tories, so for the first time ever I doubt I'll be voting Tory.

I won't be voting Labour (I'm not that daft), I won't be voting at all.

I feel like that DD, but then I think .... if we don't vote Tory .... hmmmm

sorry gulliver just cant help finding your problems with missing links and cutting and pasting so you retype paragraphs ...all rather funny

No question...no links...

"Practice what you preach"...but OP getting mouthy as usual, and haveing a converstion with his new little friend on here...how sweet

You can still get 4-1 on Tories to be largest Party. I've put some money on.
