This is awful.  Are these dogs being used as weapons now?

It would appear the Old Bill think so, and for some I can quitre believe it as it is not unusual for drug dealers to use them.

I have no doubt there are plenty of excellent owners of this breed of dog, but they are dangerous in the wrong hands.

 
all of these dogs should be muzzled when outside the home, else the dog removed and the owners fined . No exception .

How awful - what a terrible way to die, and to think that someone has inflicted this deliberately is harrowing.  

It is not the fault of the dogs, obviously.  They are innocent tools in the hands of unscrupulous people.
