My mate Phil explains in this youtube video that those who agreed to the Brexit deal (Farage/Johnson/Frost etc) did not have a clue what they were agreeing to.

Especially when it had clauses allowing to renegotiate anything clearly not working. (Although I've no doubt the antidemocratic citizens in the UK would have loved the exit process stalled permanently.)
If there is incompetence it seems to be after the official exit since parliament has yet to allow such renegotiation, or indeed withdrawal from bodies that still try to dictate from us. In which case maybe the best way forward is to bite the bullet, rip up the offensive agreements, and get on with governing ourselves, as was the true aim of withdrawal.
You seem to be suggesting the the government should wave a magic wand and process everyone fast.
Well it could be done. Just say, "You lot just crossed the Channel from (France or wherever) and as that is not a country you need to seek asylum from you clearly have neither right nor permission to enter the UK. This way to your return ferry please. Leave your craft, as it is confiscated and will be recycled." Perhaps point out that any objectors will be on a flight to Rwanda.
