Anyone Watch The Leaders' Speeches Following The Kings Speech?
Obviously the PM tears Rodders a new one as usual but for me the most amusing moment was after the PM sat down the speaker then anounced the leader of the SNP. To which most of them scarpered in all directions PMSL!

The Beeb hacks were appallingly primed to talk about the Kings Speech and worse over the 1951 last one.
They just sort of rose from their beds and went on air.
There was a lot about the lardy-dah and very little aboutthe content of the King Speech, which sounded very end-of-termy.
Leashold reform ( "change in the leasehold system", the Beeb info-bar writer had it) seemed not to have been thought out
