'Want' is one thing, but if you are one of the nations next to such an event then morally you have a duty to discuss with other near nations who offers what and where, and take resultant action. Pain in the neck it may be, but providing camps where folk are safe during the temporary relocation is the way to go. You are then at liberty to ask nations further away if they can supply resource or expertise to help support your efforts.
But the whole point about "power targets" as they call them is that their value is explicitly not military. they destroy them to "create shock" . In other words... to terrorise. is that really acceptable to you? it seems as though you're willing to excuse anything israel does because they are "on our side".
