Why Can't Baroness Mone Be Forced Out Of The House Of Lords?
I've read stories that say she can't be forced out of the HOL , why not? Fred "The Shred" Goodwin of RBS was forced out , what makes her circumstances any different? Maybe the rules of taking a peerage away from someone should be updated, as it stands even if she never sits in the HOL again she retains her title, how can that be right?
