sounds like they've dropped it to me and are hoping that the next governmemt might not block their next attempt.

I suppose a bombshell like this (no, not really) is an attempt to divert attention from the all but invisible woman, her husband and their touring requisites, iPadgate, Covid spreading tinks on trains, touchy-feely shenanigans, Humbug's support of terrorism by his fellow adherents, nae ferries, closure of Grangemouth refinery, the many 'spaceports' in the least accessible parts of our sprawling and badly paved country and to cap it all to stop normal folk staring in amazement at a bunch of roasters who imagine themselves players on the world stage.
