...area occupied by Israel.

There have been more than 300 people killed by the occupiers, the Israeli army, in the last few months. This is supposed to be a peaceful area.

Any thoughts?

sandyRoe @ 16:18: the word is Untermensch.
16:43 Thu 28th Dec 2023

sandyRoe, from the comparisons you're drawing it's  patently obvious that your emotions are overriding any semblance of common sense you might possess.

He didn't have a 'country'.

he DID have a country, British Mandated Palestine, it wasnt terra  nullius ( er Latin for  no country) chrissakes

"And do you think the Israeli butchers, at their work as we type"

im aware of the hamas terrorist butchers...
youre obviousy confusing them with Israelis who are defending themseves and ensuring their survival, but i reckon its an easy enough mistake when youre anti-semetism clouds your thinking....

it is lawful  for  settlers ( er Israeli citizens in the west bank) to  carry arms and yes they hae been shooting Arabs

I thought everyone knew  that

but hey this  is AB in full  swing - see above

untermensch is German ( I have no idea why Naomi hasnt got her foreign language castigator  out on  that one) - the English word is usually  - - subhuman

untermenschen if you are wondering  about more than one.

PeterPedant; + + he DID have a country, British Mandated Palestine, it wasnt terra  nullius ( er Latin for  no country) chrissakes++

No he didn't

'Mandatory Palestine was a geopolitical entity that existed between 1920 and 1948 in the region of Palestine under the terms of the League of Nations Mandate for Palestine.'

It was never a country anymore than the Sahara or Europe was never a country, - go figure.

My observations of this dreadful and continuing war is that Israel have done themselves no favours on the world stage. They had a major grievance and retaliated ( quite right) , but they appear to not wish to stop murdering innocent men women and particularly chidren in there tens of thousands.

I would have thought with their own past abhorrent history they would be incapable of destroying innocent people.
hamas is the enemy, not dead immature babies left in incubators.
Is time America stopped hiding and abstaining, they are also not doing themselves any favours .

please don't feel the need to reply to my  post or get a character assignation from a mod , I'm not interested . Such a waste of life .

Khandro, you're still nit-picking.

"You think what I say comes from ignorance. No!"

I think what you say comes from your unabashed and overt Jew-hatred.

sandyRoe compares Israel to the Nazis.  That's ignorance.

Not only is it ignorant, it's downright disgusting. Ever since he called Hamas "Freedom fighters" he lost all credibility.

In addition to wanting all Jews dead and Israel to be wiped off the mat, Hamas also hate gay people and consider women to be chattels.

Anybody who supports them, and considers them to be freedom fighters has a seriously skewed moral compass.

Not exclusively Hamas traits though, innit.

"It's not unique to Israelis, it's called 'collective responsibility' and it can be very effective."

collective punishment is a war crime under the geneva convention and was also practised extensively by the nazis.

untitled, like sandyRoe you undermine your own argument with your ignorant diatribe.  Go and take a look at Auschwitz - and then come back and tell us about Nazis.

Untitled //collective punishment is a war crime under the geneva convention and was also practised extensively by the nazis. //

True; but in a sense all modern warfare is collective punishment, and in WWII the Nazis didn't have the monopoly on it; the bombing of Dresden and many other German non-industrial cities by Britain was collective punishment, as is now the rocket and drone attacks on Kviv by Putin.

I was talking purely about the practise of collective punishment naomi... it isn't something to be admired. everything in my post was a fact lol and it is one sentence long - hardly a diatribe

"the bombing of Dresden and many other German non-industrial cities by Britain was collective punishment"

the deliberate bombing of civilians by the UK during world war 2 was an evil and even then unjustifiable thing to do... and that is true even though we were on the right side

they sowed the wind untitled.

the civilians who constitute 60% of casualties inflicted by the IDF didn't sow anything... nor did the people in the west bank being terrorised out of their homes by israeli settlers
