I like that instead of answering a question gulliver tries to turn it back on the poster.  The report says in the future they may have to sell it off which often happens with older ships in ours and other countries Navys.  The clip spare ed put on goes on to say "Official sources said while the Navy remained committed to both carriers, ‘changes in government and budgets’ may alter this assessment" note the bit about changes to government so that could mean if we have a different government in the future ie, Labour and it was them that commissioned the building of both these carriers in the first place.
