I must say I wasn't surprised that GG got in here. After Labour withdrew it's support for Ali I think GG became the front runner. I wonder if Ali will withdraw his apology now and revert back to his previous opinion?

09:19 Roy, of course he hasn't. Untitled is assuming that because Starmer is not condeming Israel he supports what in untitled land is "genocide". Hilarious because when I do the  same at 09:11, the toys are thrown out of the pram.

Help me out...When did he say he endorses war crimes?

The Labour Party withdrew support for their candidate but the result shows he still had the party name and symbol by his name. Therefore it's nteresting that it wasn't he, despite the reason he was dropped, who appeared to pick up any 'Muslim' votes.

Looks like other traditional labour voters must've stayed at home ? Presumably unhappy with any other option.

GG clearly supports any arab related cause going, so perhaps unsurprising he'd be the protest vote candidate there.

All other parties had a very bad night though.

GG is clever no doubt about that. He'll get the muslim vote because he always supports terrorists. He'll also get the lefty vote because he has the word "socialist" in the party name. Lefties love socialism but most of them don't know what it is and if they ever get anywhere near power the last thing that happens will be socialism.

it is a war crime to cut off water from civilian populations roy because collective punishment violates the geneva convention. when starmer says "israel has the right" to do that then he's saying it has the right to commit a war crime.

"He'll also get the lefty vote because he has the word "socialist" in the party name"

A pedant writes: he was standing under the banner of the Workers Party of Britain, which as I mentioned earlier makes a point of being Unionist. When Galloway cooked up his latest incarnation no doubt he was trying to be a bit more "inclusive". Listening to one of their reps last night though it was a string of far left slogans.

yeah fair enough ich, that must have been a previous party name! but the word "workers" has the same effect.

Just another workshy chancer really, when it all shakes out.
