Their "resolutions" are nothing of the sort and few countries take any notice of them. But more than that, they can be thwarted by just one member exercising a veto. It's a ridiculous organisation which outlived what little usefullness it might have had decades ago. Time to wind up the entire shooting match and consign it to history.
