I wonder when Sunak will get his own show on GB News .?

The only sensible and decent presenter they have is Neil Oliver.(Mind you,he is Scottish, after all).

the cabal joining up to advocate the expulsion of an ABer whose question they don't like, once again? Quoting chapter and verse, even.

Some people just don't get the idea of free speech (except their own)

The endless defence of the indefensible is not a breach of rule 9. ☺

"the cabal",jno?Aye,tell me about it.

Question Author

GB NEWS has had to pump £41 million into it's finances to keep the show on the road,,,I wouldn't need three guesses,  to know from which political party that money came from.

JNO 11.53 "Herdlike instinct".  "Gathering of the herd to protect each other when they are in danger" sort of "Con Crony Club."OK.

jno, the question you refer to in this case is a stupid add on to make it legitimate. The rest is just the usual anti tory rant aka as trolling.

Site rule no 1 is the one the True Blues break the most on here when they are rounded up an cornered🤣

gulliver, if you are allowed a pass on rule 9 than we should be allowed to ignore rule 1.

I am new here but already I can see that the "rules" are more honoured in the breach than the adherance. It seems odd that we are allowed to post things in news with no supporting evidence.

With regard to the implementation of rule 9, mods may ban newcomers who troll, but the decision to ban established members for any reason is the editorial staff's alone.

Rule 16 of Moderators' Guidelines - which can be accessed in Editor's Blog.

// 16. Moderators must never ban a well established AnswerBank member, for any reason. Well established members can be suspended, and their content can be removed, but their user status should never be changed to "Banned". A well established user is defined by the length of time they have been on The AnswerBank, or the number of questions and answers.  //

That applies to all mods and all members.

The latest GB News director is a Tory Peer and "financier" ..Baroness Morrissey .So with this lot JRM, Esther McVey etc etc you could say as Cameron once said "We are all in this together".

Rule 16 is a poor rule, a well established member does not equate to a good member.

Question Author

GB News are now trying to play things down by saying ,they do seem to have developed a close relationship with the governing political Party with most of their Presenters not "News Readers of course"  are sitting Con MPs.

You're bang on @ 12.55 Vulcan.

This is how Tory Propaganda GB News   works for the Cons .

GB News was invited to join Home secretary Braverman on her trip to Rwanda(A paid by the taxpayers jolly)Alongside DailyMail, Telegraph and the Times.  But the  Guardian,   BBC,Mirror Independent and I Newspaper were barred from the flight. Get it!

Jacob Rees Mogg should do the job he was elected to do, representing the people of Bath and North East Somerset

There's lots of talk about rules, so shouldn't there be one about posting bare-faced lies? (there may well be for all I know - I've never read them).

"I am new here but already I can see that the "rules" are more honoured in the breach than the adherance."

🤔
