And in addition if one makes a profit from a particular nation then morally/ethically it's that nation's tax laws that should apply, as it was that nation and it's citizens the individual extracted their gain from. Other nation's have no moral claim. But if one nation demands they tax the same gain on top, ensuring the individual has paid twice (!), then all nations will likely decide they can have a slice of that cake too. Seems a vast global con to me.
