I have a t-shirt which says "If you ever see me jogging, kill whatever the f@*k is chasing me" printed on it.

That nicely sums up my opinion of jogging.

Mozz, my dog tackled and brought down a jogger once.  He was sitting on the guy when we got there. 

The guy was really nice about it.  The dog  was a bullmastiff and GSD cross and was related to Scooby Doo
