Is this a bit of an own goal?

 

Apparently she is "...literally in the process of getting quotes for replacing it with an air source heat pump." And has blamed the election for her having to 'pause' having the gas boiler replaced (I'm in the process of getting quotes for a loft conversion, but it doesn't mean I'll proceed). Her getting quotes assumes, of course, she's telling the truth.

 

She's been co-leader for 3 years, and since 2012 has had an interest in fossil fuel divestment (per wiki), but not, it would seem, a keen enough interest to actually do something that affects her directly.
