Because the IDF shot them or bombed them. The civilians are innocent victims, not collateral damage.

There are rules in war. You are not supposed to target civilians. Bombing schools, hospitals, refugee camps, food kitchens safe residential areas, make you the same as the evil terrorists you detest.
