no it is more complex than that. You can be a security risk and a British National and NOT be deprived of nationality ( wh I think the judgement says, p1)
But you can be if you have two ( nationalities silly!). Here she had the power / right to apply for Pakistani nationality froo he father ( he who has fled back to Pakistan) - jus sanguinis
and their Lordships slammed down their writing tablets and screamed ( those in authority always scream, I find) " Right that is enough, she could be a pakistani!" - which I find a bit of stretch quite honestly.
And the court hearing the application to appeal ( permission to appeal not a real appeal in itself) said ( screamed surely?) - "no prospect of success, appeal turned down"
only I cant find that judgement
