A Treasury minister warns in a Damning assesment of Britain's departure from the EU.that 60% of the impact is yet to come .The OBR forecast the economy would shrink by 4%  in the long run after Brexit .He now warns that Britains import and exports are already 15% lower than had we stayed in the EU.

That's because gulliver is a Tory plant and his points are so imbeciles ( eg the references to Boris's haystack) that he's never going to change anyone's mind  on anything.

IMHO Brexit is not a disaster to the UK.

But due to Global issues it will never be clear what impact (either way) Brexit has.

Autocorrect changed imbecilic to imbeciles in my post at 13:01

Hymie. I raised this matter as Gulliver has repeatedly said that Brexit has impacted him while living abroad.  I have on previous posts asked him to justify this.  Is too much to expect somebody who makes a statement on this site, to justify this statement, as everybody, except Gulliver, is prepared to do? If not such statements it is fair to say they can  be judged as fictitious.

Hymie, //In this thread, Gully made no reference to his personal situation (why bring it up?), only what an absolute disaster Brexit is to the UK – most ABers seem to be blissfully unaware of this, despite Gully’s posts on the subject.//

There's no chance whatsoever of ABers being unaware - blissfully or otherwise - of Gulliver's opinion on Brexit - or yours for that matter.  The pair of you have posted about little else for years ... day after day .... week after week .... month after month .... year after year ...relentless... obsessed.

I wonder why so many of us are ignorant of the adverse impact that Brexit has had on us.....

Do you think that it might be because it has had no adverse impact on us?

However, I am sure that posting an endless number of home-made videos on a small British website will have a significant effect on the mindset of the mad Brexiteers. 🙄

gulliver and his alter ego nicebloke, have managed to develop the technology, which sits equal and opposite to that of AI...they call it AS  (artificial stupidity)..however, the ratio between artificial and natural is still in doubt.

Brexit is not likely to work because there are too many people in power who didn't want it and will obstruct progress as much as they can.

the lizard people?

////he still bashes his gums about the Tories////

Coud it be because the un-stitching of all the damage caused by 14 years of Tory Mis-rule will seriously hamper Labour's progress.

no

For the past 14 years all we've heard is how labour had all the answers if only they were in power. Well now they are and we've discovered very quickly, they haven't a clue either. RIP,UK.

After 14 of the cons thats more than enough time to prove they haven't got a clue. After only 4 months of labour they've already proven their worth. The best is yet to come.

Oh, they've proved their worth ok, removing money from vulnerable elderly people just when winter is about to start.

But that was only their Christmas Booze Allowance as Nicebloke told us.

People should stand on their own two feet not rely on hand outs, as he also said. Sounds more right wing than Kemi to me.

" But that was only their Christmas Booze Allowance as Nicebloke told us."

That's purely supposition that any zealot would make to support their point of view, where's the proof?

OK thanks Ed/mod. You may wish to remove my reponse to removed rude post now to keep the thread on track.

Britain can not achieve it's ambition for growth while sitting outside The EU. This new Labour Govt will look forwards, not backwards, by getting closer to making new deals with the EU before eventually rejoining .    Go for it Sir Keir .
