Boris Johnson fired for banging on about his book during a live US election debate.He was told off for holding up his book in front of the cameras within minutes into the programme and told to put the book away but he didn't, and tried to display the book again. So they awarded him with The Order of the Boot......Good.

I read elsewhere today that the BBC staff were almost lying on the floor in tears as the good Trump votes started to come in.

Boris's insouciance to the biased programme was his way of demonstrating his feelings for that.
