I believe in the States someone is not that until sentenced. At present he has just been found guilty by the jury. The Judge has to accept the verdict and pass sentence before he (or anyone in the US) is considered a convicted felon.
And then there will be the appeals due to the obvious bias in the trial location. It could go on for years and since he is 78 ....
ddil,the american public don't think of him as a convicted felon,hence the vote.biden/pelosi were scared of him running again ,after the democrat's stole the last election.so with the help of a kangaroo court had him convicted.now he's back and i hope he goes after the folk that tried to bring him down,and starmer and lammy should be made to crawl to trump and beg his forgiveness,he's already taken the knee so a bit lower won't matter to him
