Liz Truss told to take a holiday, as senior Tories tell her to go away from politics and to go away from the public gaze for at least a year.

Perhaps she could go and join the Trump cabinet .She is definitely daft enough to qualify.

You could join them gulliver1 ....... you definitely qualify !

Question Author

Perhaps Truss could start showing her fellow Tories how to grow lettuce . That should keep her occupied for at least 49 days .

She hasn't been told any such thing.  Some tories have been muttering amongst themselves.

Question Author

In all fairness though the Tories managed to destroy their own party without much help from Truss, she just helped them out.

Question Author

08 .52 Oh yes she has Barry.

2 or 3 years time voters will be desperate to get rid of Labour, the right will rise again - in whatever form it takes.

It's just a desire by Kemi.

Nothing to see here.

Even the new Tory leader who is Badenoch is alarmed at Truss's attempt to reinvent herself as a Trupian Brit .

Question Author

Looks like Truss is about to be expelled from the Mad Hatters Tory Party.

The Tories are worried in case Loopy Liz in Wonderland puts the final nail into the Tories box.

Gulliver1, if SKS carries on the way he's started in government, it will be the end of Labour too. No Tories. No Labour. Who then?

Incidentally, as a retired member of Unite the Union, I wrote to Sharon Graham and asked her to stop faffing about with marches, petitions, leaflets, lobbying etc over the WFA. The answer is simple. As the biggest donor to the Labour Party, Unite should withdraw all funding unless/until the WFA is restored. I think that would have more impact and should be done, if SG is serious about it.

Is this news, its impossible to tell as gulliver has'nt figured out how to post a link.

09:46 thanks for your honesty 10cs. Gulliver/nicebloke, take note, this is a proper Labour man, who knows and supports the party. We don't agree on much but 10cs is at least honest and honourable enough to acknowledge what a shower this government are. You two would do well to stop it with your BS and retain some dignity. 09:46 is your BA gully.

Another nonsense thread.  Some politicians want someone who no longer hold a seat in Parliament to stop prattling.  That's the gist of it.

Still having to bash the Tories because there is nothing upon which to congratulate Labour, I see, gulliver.

The more posts like this you make, the more your disappointment with SKS and his government becomes apparent.

It must be very galling for you that after so long spent thumping the Tories you rally have now Labour successes to crow about.

*no Labour successes

09.58 Another Nonsense answer. Some Abers who will not accept that the Tory Party are history. That's the gist of it.
