"No further action"? Some say that stinks of fear and hypocrisy from the forces of law and order as they and the church close ranks to draw a line.

Any thoughts that the case may have been used to bash the bishop for his hands-on approach to parishioners were dismissed as wide of the no-mark.

I watched part of the documentary about this.  He  seemed to be one of the creepy blokes that you avoid at gatherings.

He has resigned but seems to think he has done no wrong.  The church should have taken action when they first became aware that he was a creep who was abusing his position.

I'm not so sure he wasn't falsely accused.  It happens.

No further action means he hasn't done anything illegal.

You can be a sleazy hypocritical sex pest without doing anything illegal, so it seems fair enough.

No charges so not guilty.

In this case I do wonder if he wasnt setup.
