Without Elon Musk the rape gangs would have slipped past the law. Successive governments, councils and the main stream media have turned a blind eye to the appalling crimes which have been committed in towns and cities across the country.
It has taken an American to highlight the scandal and the whole county should be pleased that he has. It no longer can be ignored.
