Can anyone explain why the ratio of Israeli to Palestinian hostages is so great - 3 Israelies to 100 Palestinians. Seems odd to me.

Probably because there are hundreds more Palestinian prisoners than there are Israelis. What is perplexing me is the goody bag they seem to be holding in front of themselves. Like they've been visiting a cheap hotel and were given a cheap tourist flag to go home with.

presubably they will have some personal possessions even in jail?

They said when the first ones were released that they were given a goody bag from Hamas.  The ratio today is 3 Israelis to 369 Palestinians.  Seems strange when the Israeli prisoners were taken hostage so no crime committed but many of the Palestinian ones were in prison for crimes including murder.  Maybe Sandy will come along and explain.

Maybe because the number of legitimate prisoners outnumber the number of illegally taken hostages ?  That stated why most of those prisoners are being released at all is likely due to either poor Israeli negotiation skills, or perhaps pressure from the US ?

A big saving on food and lodgings for Israel.

Just look at what it costs us to give bed and board to invading criminals.

What's in the bag, do we know? I'm fully invested now.

because Israelis are at least 33 times more valuable.

Angelos Epithemiou may have all the answers you need, rocky.

Just to clarify;

The Israelis are hostages whereas the Palestinians are prisoners.

They are not the same thing, at all, no matter how hard the msm try to conflate the two.
