Viper Capture Police ( i.d parade)

I went to do this identity parade the other day as I am in trouble for something and basically walked into the the police station and the witnesess to the case were sitting in the reception. Can the case still go to court as they obviously they couldn't do the i.d parade as we were in the same room before hand. Basically the police have messed this one up.

Yes, ID parade is just a very small part of the evidence they would use.

Normaly an ID parade is made up of several people so who's to say you were one of the other people in the line up. For all you know the witnesess could have seen every one walking in. Oh and who's to say what you were at the station for? If they spotted you in the reception then they would have spotted you in the line up. As loosehad said...the ID parade is only a small part of the who investergation.

ID Parade is done different now it is done through a series of photos and basically one of the witnesess friends knows me and was their on the night the event happened and just put my name forward, but didn't actually see what happened.

So basically me and the other witness would not know each other and wouldn't reconise each other either.

What's all this with the "basically"john20 ? It sounds as if you are a frequent visitor to the Police Station ,you seem to know all about I.D. parades .get yourself some legal aid I think you're going to need it .
