Hi I done a stupid thing and ended up fighting with a group of Albanians, this led to me and my brothers getting arrested. After a night in the cells I have been bailed. The charges against me are GBH/ABH and a public order offence for violent disorder.
I was told it was GBH but probaly will be lowered to ABH as the man has only a 2 cm cut above his eye brow. Is the possible.

I am truely sorry for my actions and was due to start basic training for the army but now have to wait and see the results of this. It is my first offence.

What do you think will happen?

Well depends upon the circumstances. I got seven years for GBH. Is it relevent that the group were Albanian, was this a racially motivated attack on your part or was it just a punch up? No-one can say what will happen bc no-one knows the exact circumstances, but if you get away lightly this time for heavens sake stay out of trouble and do yourself a favour.

My old man was up on a similiar charge,after a lot of messing he was given a 4 year good behaviour!
