Does any one know why the A13 was closed on the 17th may from ripple road flyover

One day of road repairs incl the Victoria Road Roundabout? ( does that sound feasible?)

A youth was killed when he tried to cross the road which caused the traffic to be held up for some time.

hey that's not fair, i googled the A13 roadworks and all these little pics came up of those red and white cones telling you where the roadhold ups were for that date and I found the one that matched geographically, and so inact I answered the question . draw your neck in.

Plus if u notice he asked the question at 8.45 at night and I only got to find the info at 3.30 the next day and so noone else bothered to find anthing out so I would hardly call it jumping the gun, and I did post the answer with a query after it which obviously means I wasn't 100% sure but at least I had made an effort to answer the question, which is 50% of what we do on here jeesh.
