The problem with the conspiracy theory is that it puts many people into denial mode automatically as soon as they here it mentioned.

What we should say is that what happened both at the Pentagon and the three World Trade Centre buildings on 911 has many technical and logistical aspects that cannot be explained by the official version of events.

I've always believed that there is more to this event than the US government will admit. I suppose we will never get the truth and like qapmoc says there are too many things that cannot be explained. I listened to the Charlie Sheen interview and if their own people are thinking that something is being hidden, then there must be something wrong.

Bet Bin Laden's furious with all this nonsense. He spends ages planning and carrying out a devestating terror attack, and then no-one actually believes it's him. And worse, they believe that their own government has had some sort of hand in it.

Perhaps conspiracy is easier for some people to believe. Who wants to accept that there are crazed men and women out there who want to kill us for the way we live, when we can think up some shadowy explanation and never have to confront reality.

I have a conspiracy of own concerning the events of 9/11.

It's that Islamic terrorists hi-jacked four passenger aircraft, flew one into the North Tower & one into the South Tower of The World Trade Centre, one into the Pentagon and intended to fly the fourth into a prominent government building in Washington DC.

All these conspiracy theorists come with some big conspiracy due to a few unanswered questions, which in themselves raise many more questions they can't answer, and expect us all to believe there is something a lot more sinister to it all.

Of course there is going to be unanswered questions, as it the first and only time in history that passenger aircraft have been hi-jacked and used as missiles.

Defense Official: But we spent millions of dollars on it. We comissioned Lucas Arts!

supernick- might i suggest you look into who donald rumsfeld really is, or better put, who he represents.then do the same for the rest of the players, bush , cheney ,negroponti,rice and all the rest.look into panama, iran-contra and find the common denominators,war crimes and atrocities.see who all the players were, more importantly, who they represent. understanding who all the players represent is key, likewise with majors , blair and cohorts, you will find yourself a lot closer to your "why?"
