Prisoners and Deportation.

Apparently, some prisoners that that should have been deported, and were'nt, are suing because they haven't been deported.
Crazy, but do you think they'll succeed?, I'm thinking of the consequences if they do.

Yes, but if you look, I said, 'Apparently', thereby giving room for doubt or discussion.
If its wrong, prove it and tell me, that would be the way to go, if its right, give an opinion, thats what i'm asking for, not a bit of sarcasm.

Yes it is in the Daily Mail and maybe that takes away from what is a very serious issue. The article gives the name and the reason for why the Home office is being sued. make of it what you will, but it is the truth. Another chance for the legal profession to make money.
