The Labour Party had about 400,000 members in 1997, but had only 201,374 in 2004, which are the last figures I am able to find. I am one of the 'missing'.
so am I , my wife , most of our friends and presumeably anyone with a conscience...
Don't tell me you're turning Tory Nox! Good old capitalist like you would be most welcome, come down the local Con club and I'll buy you a pint!
I'll have a guiness, ta very much loosey :)
Hardly surprising, lets hope the figures translate across to the votors come the next election.

And no, I was not one of the 400K or of the 200K. And no I am not a member of the BNP or NF as some ABers have previously suggested.

Thank you Drusilla, the labour party seem not to care, they must be prepared for the wilderness.Bit depressing for old trade unionist supporters like me who have given up on them. However i think they will be the ultimate losers,it may take many hard years for them to ditch the new labour corruption and get back to honest labour policy's.
