Lord levy claims to be innocent and has made many such statemenst to the public. why then is he not co-operating with the police. He has answered all questions with a 'no comment' response. This makes it even more difficult for the police and they may have to interview the PM. Could he be charged for withholding information if it transpires that he knew more than he let out. looks like the arrest was not heavy handed after all.

Oh I see it was to the police - well they decided they wanted to play hard ball and arrest him and now he's giving them the minimum co-operation.
