Voting should be compulsary to everyone eligible. Postal voting is available to everyone and if you don't want to vote, then you can spoil your vote (by scribbling on it) but hand it in. Then a fine for those not handing in their papers. As for your question, don't complain about the government, if you did not vote!
You could vote for the Liberal Democrats, which is the same thing.
