If the British soldiers had shot a Yank, you can bet the U.S would be waging some kinda war against us.

But because they were the ones doing the killing, it's all swept under the carpet and 'no-one' is to blame ...

As an ex soldier I can tell you that there is no such thing as "friendly fire", there is nothing "friendly" about a bullet or shell heading in your direction at twice the speed of sound, nothing "friendly" at all
its funny the brittish goverment has not really said anything about this bet if it was brittish troops who had shotup a well known reporter from the states they would have the troops over there as soon as ie the bankers in enron case think its one way traffic
