Non-stop reality TV crap of people who had one hit single in 1974 screaming at each other, sanctimonious failed DJs introducing car-crash TV where the underclass air their dirty laundry because it's better than sorting out their own problems or going to a proper counsellor, and don't forget those 5-hour all-night moronathon interactive quiz programmes where you can watch some hapless presenter desperately hoping for an Equity card slowly losing the will to live while waiting for Rita from Barnsley to phone up and tell us which 9 letter word can be formed by re-arranging the letters FRUCTIAKE.

No.
I love the unique way the BBC is funded. If it were not for the TV licence, we'd all have to settle for not very enjoyable lowest common denominator TV.
I much prefer the BBC, where three quarters of the programmes don't interest me in the slightest, but others are brilliant.
I find it ironic that "ratings" don't actually give any indication of how viewers rate programmes, just how many watched them.
I wish that we got more for our money sometimes, but the BBC is priceless.

Absolutely not. Keep the BBC as it is. It's generally only people who couldn't care less about the quality of television who argue to abolish the licence fee. Those of us who ARE bothered about seeing some decent, interesting programming - uninterrupted by stupid adverts - recognise that the licence fee must stay.
