After it was evacuated on thurs off the Lizard, I have just heard its beached Sidmouth. Has it just been floating around the English coast empty then?

Nope, It's still fully loaded. Only the crew were evacuated.

Tug boats have towed it ashore, well as far as they can.
Apparently there are some dodgy chemicals amongst the cargo so they want to stop the ship sinking and letting it's poisonous cargo loose.

There's some barrels of wine lying round down there. Pretty hefty though. It's not classed theft either as long as the 'loot' is registered.
