Elsewhere in AB it states that Big Ben is housed in St Stephens Tower. But plans I have recently seen state that it is housed in Clock Tower. What is the correct name of the tower housing Big Ben?.

The clock tower
Parliament Clock Tower is, I believe, the 'official' name. However, that part of the Palace of Westminster was rededicated to St Stephen when the palace was rebuilt in the mid-19th century, because there had been a chapel of St Stephen on the site for hundreds of years. As a result, both names are equally valid.

Personally, I prefer 'St Stephen's Tower'...a) on historical grounds and b) because to call it the 'Clock Tower' is merely stating the obvious!
