Who thinks of these schemes eh? I know instead of mainlining some smack I'll go down to B&Q and buy myself a new power drill! Another ace piece of thinking from the government. Do you think even those who voted Labour would have imagined what a shower of the proverbial thay are! Middle England what have you done?!

It will be good if it works. Despite a host of other suggested remedies, we have more drug addicts than ever before. The crime rate stays high while they fund their habit and infectious diseases are on the increase, but now the addicts will be available for screening. Giving them food vouchers that cannot be spent on drugs might or might not help, but I think it is worth a try. Many people would find an alternative remedy, culling, to be unacceptable.
Now I understand the reference to a power drill. Click on the link to read the full story, and you will see that they will be able to exchange the vouchers for sandwiches etc.
