word of mouth - on horseback, perhaps not in this order but early forms of comunication; jungle drums, smoke signals, series of lit beacons reaching miles in minutes. All these followed by the printed page. Shortly after, electricity gave us the tellegraph and later broacast gave us radio and then T.V. And now something called the internet. I haven't mentioned E.S.P., no need realy. I think that just about covers it.
