He's just set up a $200 million presidential library in his home town of Arkansas which will house more documents and executive papers than any other presidential archives in history. As usual, his latest move comes with a touch of scandal - the library has been associated with the controversy over Clinton's last-minute pardon of financier Marc Rich. His ex-wife, Denise Rich, contributed $450,000 to the library foundation.
