I can't see it will make any difference for us, but it is obvious it does for the French, judging by their massive turn out to the polls.

But then could this be because one can see a definite difference between their political parties, unlike ours that seem to be one party.

Whoever wins in France you can be sure that they will have the interests of the French at heart, unlike our lot who seem to be only interested in themselves and foreigners, while the UK goes to the dogs.

If they pick the right wing candidate he is planning to cement the Atlantic alliance with the USA. I think I prefer the Jaques Chirac method.
