Moreover, we will, and should shun any patronizing attempts of assistance from the mutinous Colonies to the west of us. We shall persevere: "There'll Always Be An England".

In New Orleans, 'lost everything' mostly meant 'lost a ramshackle little house and a few sticks of old furniture'. When 'lost everything' means a fifteen-thousand-pounds, recently installed, state-of-the-art kitchen, I don't feel quite so inclined to dip into my pocket for them, insured or otherwise.
Good one saxy jag..Annoying for that to happen to anyone but It wasnt a Tsunami ..They lost furniture and many would be thinking time we got a new one anyway. I know someone who was pleased as punch his car was written off! And if some werent insured then thats life..I noticed the belongings of some of the families..Plasma tellys arent cheap and maybe they should have bought a cheaper one then used the rest on house and contents insurance..S--t Happens
