Thaksin Shinawatra
Now that a court has ordered the arrest of Thaksin, what happens next if the Thai authorities make an extradition request? Is there a defined procedure to determine the merits of extradition and if so, what is it. I recall the Pinochet issue where extradition was refused, but cannot remember the details.
