Pippa68 - it is quite feasible that an IVF baby like Madeliene and the twins has both biological parents totally different to birth parents. Donor eggs and sperm.

Not saying this is the case with Madeliene as I don't know. But it wouldn't be unusual.

Yes I knew that the McCann's had IVF and I also knew that donor eggs and/or sperm can be used.

My disbelief was at the reporting. What on earth would this information have to do with the case..actually I think I know where they are going with it but really, please????

What's with the hire car? I recall reading that the company had wondered where it was when the McCanns returned home on Sunday. It apparently, according to their friends, is being kept in a 'safe place' should they wish to commission their own forensic tests on it. By hiding it they would surely discredit any further tests done on it i.e it could be alleged it had been cleaned.

However the police appear to be putting great weight on the fact that traces of Madeline's DNA has been found in the car

How would traces of DNA be found in the car ? - either it is from madeline's clothing or other things that the parents have been in contact for with - eg, the toy that the mother has been carrying around with her
OR
Madeline has ' been ' in the car - if this is the case , how on earth , ( given that the car was hired some weeks after the dissapearance ) would they have had the oppurtunity to move the ' body' using the hire car - given that they cant even wiped their ars%s , without someone seeing them , given the constant public attention on them ?

well all i can say is .....if anyone in england scotland wales were to leave there children to go for a meal.. and remember they are only very young children..would have them taken of them AND drugin your child to keep them asleep ? and everyone says they are good parents... as everyone gone mad....just think about you when you was 4 year old and you woken up to find your parents not there !!!! ..mind you i think they done something you will see.. and lets see all them do gooders stick up for them then .....this country as gone mad !!!!

this is what i think,

i HOPE they did have nothing to do with the actual abduction or murder of this child BUT i would like to see both of them prosecuted under british and portuguese law for willful neglect which has consequently lead to today's situation where this poor kid is likely to be dead

imagine if some single parent had been found to have done the same, or someone with not quite that artificial diety of a GP status. they would have been hung drawn and quartered.

i think they stink, but i hope their little girl is found alive.

Have been busy moving this last week or so and have had no internet connection (or time). Have been busy unpacking etc and wondering about all the stuff on here about Madeleine I've missed. Have no time to go back and read missed posts and find out if they were as I imagined (which would sort of spoil my wicked fun). Thanks NJOK for allowing me in part to catch up.

This thread is sick. Your comments are insensitive, sometimes defamatory, and quite honestly, a lot of you should be banned. I am disgusted at the lack of integrity of some of the people on here. Threads on this case should only be created to discuss serious issues, not to take pleasure from ridiculing the McCanns. And I don't want anyone coming back with the whole 'we are all entitled to our opinions' nonsense. These don't seem to be real opinions, just an excuse to make fun of people who happen to be going through hell.

boojp......you are as entitled to post on here as any of us are, but to say we have no integrity.......i find that very insulting.....you do not know me so you cannot make that assumption about me, or any of the other ABers who have contributed to this thread. I speak as I find and I say again....

THEY HAD EVERYTHING TO DO WITH MADELIENE'S DISAPPEARANCE......THEY LEFT HER AND HER BROTHER AND SISTER ALONE

I do not know whether they know where she is now or not but they facilitated her disappearance and, of course, in events such as this, it is the child who pays the price. Wherever she is, she is either dead or wishes she were and I grieve for the pain she is/has suffered.

Of course, boojp, other opinions are available.
