Family leave home after poltergeist invasion

A family left their home in terror after claiming they have a poltergeist which is wreaking havoc in their home. The mother of the family said that objects were flying around the rooms, there were extreme temperature drops and images appearing in display cabinets. What do you think? Have you had any experience of paranormal goings-on? Do you believe it even exists?

Yes...someone keeps leaving the lights on in my house, peeing on the toilet seat, and deleting all my recorded programmes on sky plus,..it must be a poltergeist as the wife and kids deny it

I am a firm beleiver in poltergeist activity!!

i think that there are just too many events and accounts of this type of activity goin on to beleive otherwise!!

You would be surprised at just how many stories of this nature have been published!! The 'Excorsism of Emily Rose' is a classic example!! Her real name was Anneliese Michel....to name but a few.

It depends if it was council or not, cos i would also think if it was cuoncil it may be a ploy to get a new house.

Now if it was owned i cant see why they would do it if it wasn't real.
Im opened minded about things like this and dont rule it out, but i would rather know a bit more before i judge.

I think there is a chance it is true, and until people witness it for themself they will more than likely say it's complete cr*p.

I believe people who we know and/or love when they die are still around so to speak, they are in heaven, but seem to keep a certain presence around us on a daily basis. The bond even after death between two people stays, and the more the connection say a husband and wife/ lovers is stronger than say someone you met once or twice. They seem to be there with you, maybe they are just noisy lol ....no I think it's lovely.

You might be thinking oooo freak well I have never seen anything and just believe in the presence of the ones you love.

If there was an angry presence, then it might be a liitle more 'active' and will show itself. I think the people we love don't show themselves because they think it would be more detrimental and upseting than us just thinking their around in 'spirit'

Most people who have fled out o ftheir homes by this activity are VERY well off people!! These homes are quite stately!! I cannot however say this on behalf of AB Asks story because i havent actually read it up!!

Ive studied this kinda thing since i was a kid!!

This claim sounds extremley similar to what the Lutz family claimed to have experienced in Amityville. George Lutz still swears to this day that they fled the house in fear on the 28th day. I remain extremley sceptical as they received many book and film deals as a result!!! hhhmmm. If this house was as haunted as they made out then why does both the neighbour who has lived there since the Defeo family massacre and the current owners not experienced anything apart from being bombarded by annoying tourists on a daily basis!! They should send a team of Parapsychologists and investigators into this house as I'm sure all they'll find is a few creaky floor boards and draughty windows.

This is another example where some people have not had any experiences of such matters so it can't exist. Please keep an open mind on these matters. This subject cropped up recently with the question about Maddie. Start believing that some people do witness strange happenings which to many others is rubbish. OPEN MINDS.

I'm sorry Hugh but we know for a fact that ghosts don't exist becuase delboy3 has said so. He was quite unequivocal about it.
